"I've been around the station a few times myself." Doris hasn't really -- she just wanted to see the new bloke blush.

Oh. He says without speaking.

Later that night, at the pub, Doris spies Angel again. She buys him a beer. He's kind of cute when he refuses, and she buys him a cranberry juice instead. He's even cuter when she's had a few and he offers to walk her home.

She giggles the whole way -- like a bloody schoolgirl! "Thisisme." She laughs. "ThanksNicholas."

"Well, goodnight, then." He turns to leave and she grabs him by the back of his jacket before kissing him. Perhaps the new sergeant isn't so bad, after all.
